I'm Giving Up (Pt. 2): Comparison

In the second part of the series "I'm Giving Up" there is a terrible habit we sometimes do that causes division, frustration, and inadequacy. It's to compare our lives to the lives of others. We constantly ask the question, "Am I good enough?" In doing this we fall into the trap of comparing our lives to the lives of others. We all have varying gifts given by God to use to serve Jesus. Knowing Jesus provides the only standard, let us give up this bad habit of comparison not only during Lent, but for the rest of our lives.
